Hornsea Scroll Large Sage Herb Jar

This fantastic Hornsea large Scroll Sage herb storage jar with original wooden lid.  The larger herb and spice storage jars are becoming very rare and especially in the scroll design.

These fantastic vintage Hornsea pieces feature the iconic and rare Scroll design, by John Clappison. Currently as popular as ever.

Scroll is an instantly recognisable discontinued china pattern from the much loved Hornsea Pottery. Produced in a scroll with the detailed black pattern, it was very popular during production and is still sought after now by it's owners and collectors.

The wooden lid is in original vintage condition and still has the seal attached.  This will need to be replaced to make the jar air tight again.  The seals can be purchased either on Etsy or Ebay.
